Do I need to install anything on my VPN server?
No. KAMVPN connects to your existing SoftEther VPN servers via the built-in JSON-RPC API. There's nothing extra to install — just point KAMVPN at your server and start managing.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All server credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Communication between KAMVPN and your servers happens over HTTPS. We never store plaintext credentials.
How does multi-tenant / team access work?
As a Brand Admin you create your organization (brand) and invite team members. Each member gets granular permissions — you decide who can manage users, servers, hubs, or view logs, on a per-server or global basis.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT). Enterprise plans can also pay by wire transfer.
